11/95 – 6/97 Conducted research with cardiologists on effect of dobutamine on heart wall motion as measured by MRI. Work included study design, patient recruitment, data acquisition and statistical analysis and computer analysis of MRI images. Rounded with house staff. Attended Cardiology Department meetings and weekly presentations.

11/95-6/97 Developed and tested new drug in NIH-funded clinical trails for use as preventive of sexually transmitted diseases, including HIV, and as treatment for oral candidiasis. Tested microbial effectiveness of different formulations.
